Photo tools, AI generation, optional analytics, and public nickname scores are for ages 13+. Ages 13–17 require a parent or guardian’s permission after review of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Under-13 visitors may play the runner without those optional features. Do not misstate age eligibility or permission.
Upload only a photo of yourself or someone whose permission you have. Do not upload a child under 13, use someone’s likeness deceptively, or submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or infringing material. Do not try to defeat safety controls, rate limits, or service security. By requesting a portrait, you give us and the configured AI service the limited permission needed to process that request. You keep rights you already hold in your uploaded photo.
The free block portrait is a photo effect, not AI generation. AI results may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other results; they do not guarantee a faithful likeness, unique output, or copyright protection. Use judgment before sharing. You may download and share the cards the app creates, subject to the rights of the people shown and applicable law. We do not acquire permission to use your selfie in advertising merely because you use this feature. Site branding, code, artwork, and music remain subject to their respective owners’ rights; access to the game does not grant a right to redistribute its audio or assets.
Use a nickname of 1–20 letters, numbers, spaces, underscores, or hyphens. Nicknames and scores are public. No personal contact information, impersonation, offensive names, automated submissions, manipulated scores, or attempts to bypass limits. Ranking shows recent casual scores and is not cheat-proof. There are no prizes. We may remove misleading or abusive submissions and reset or suspend rankings. Future prize promotions would require separate rules.
These features are provided for entertainment as available. AI generation may fail or be limited by capacity, safety, or billing controls. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Save any result you want to keep; the app is not a backup service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
